Hello,

In the past few days, I played with my EFI variables. On a GNU/Linux 
distribution, these variables are usually found in 
`/sys/firmware/efi/efivars/`.
When setting up SecureBoot, I encountered multiple EFI signature list 
files. These files are currently not recognized by file.

Reading the source code of the `sig-list-to-certs` tool available at 
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jejb/efitools.git, I 
discovered the `EFI_SIGNATURE_LIST` structure that represents the 
content of EFI signature list files.

Attached you will find a patch that enables file to recognize EFI 
signature lists.
