Tidy up mips ecoff from Pali:
Check that mandatory a.out header exists and has correct size.
Simplify magic definitions via new named instance
display-mips-ecoff. These changes are needed to distinguish between
MIPS ECOFF format and MIPS COFF format (simple detection is in
magic/Magdir/msdos -- MS Windows COFF MIPS R4000 object file).
