Improvements in detection of NE 5 binaries with unspecified OS type (0).
Lot of NE OS/2 binaries in MS OS/2 SDK are of such type, so when detection
fails prints generic string: "for OS/2 1.x or MS Windows 1.x/2.x"
(instead of the current just "for MS Windows") (pali)
