[File] File detects Word/RTF documents as well as Smime-Signatures as data

Hello List,

file v5.34 detects a smime.p7s as well as a .doc - file as data.

I think it schould be detected as SMime-Signature and Word/RTF-Document.

Can i train file (Magic) somehow?
