[File] incorrect mime type (audio/mp4) for "MPEG-4 (.MP4) for SonyPSP"

Hello,

Debian bug report #941420[1]: The reporter tells the mime type detection
for "MPEG-4 (.MP4) for SonyPSP" is wrong, it should be a video format
instead of the current "audio/mp4; charset=binary".

Since I don't have a sample of the file type I cannot check this. Stil,
does this make sense? Seems this was introduced in August 2014.
