[File] Error on test_rust.wasm from envoy-proxy

Hi,

the latest file 5.39 shows an error message:

 boole:/ # file tmp/test_rust.wasm 
 tmp/test_rust.wasm: ERROR: Bad magic format `version %#x (MVP)' (bad format char: #)
 boole:/ # file --version
 file-5.39
 magic file from /etc/magic:/usr/share/misc/magic

whereas the old one does not. Interesting the entry had not changed

 0       string  \0asm   WebAssembly (wasm) binary module
 >4      lelong  =1      version %#x (MVP)
 >4      lelong  >1      version %#x

with

 xxd -g 1 test_rust.wasm | head -n 1
 00000000: 00 61 73 6d 01 00 00 00 01 28 08 60 01 7f 00 60  .asm.....(.`...`
