[File] [PATCH] Add and improve support for 3D CAD/model files

Hello,

I was looking at the glTF support that was just added, and wanted to
make a
small correction. While I was at it I generally improved the support for
3D
files, added support for a few more formats, integrated and added to the
X3D
magic from the 'animation' file.

For testing, the Assimp project has a great collection of freely
licensed test
model files: <https://github.com/assimp/assimp/tree/master/test/models>.
