Hi all,

The attached patch adds the following updates to PCP file magic:

- support for the version 3 PCP archive format
- support for pmlogconf and pmlogger config file detection
- tweaked output for #kmchart configs to reflect the tool that reads
them (the kmchart tool was renamed to pmchart ~15 years ago)
- removal of some commented-out little endian lines (except in very
early development of the Linux port ~20 years ago, PCP archives have
always been big endian and we don't expect that to ever change now)
