[File] Test email -- please ignore

Hello,

I am not subscribed to file mailing list. I have sent a few emails to
the list with a PATCH to update file to recognize xclbin file type.
However, it appears that my emails are not reaching the list, likely
getting filtered somewhere. The archives at
https://mailman.astron.com/pipermail/file/2022-December/thread.html do
not not show my email.

My mailer has been configured to send text emails.
