[File] How to cross-compile libmagic for android?

Hi,

I am trying to cross-compile libmagic via NDK for Android, but so far no
luck. I have tried searching for any blogs/forum posts on the internet on
how it can be done, but couldn't find any and official instructions also
don't mention how to cross-compile for Android.

Can anyone please help me with instructions for cross-compiling libmagic on
Android?
