[File] [PATCH] Magdir/firmware for ESP-IDF images

Hello,

I would like to propose two new signatures for firmware images generated 
using the Espressif ESP-IDF framework. These definitions are useful to 
quickly analyze SPI dumps of Espressif ESP32 chips.

Example of output:
```
$ file --magic-file firmware factory_app.bin
factory_app.bin: ESP-IDF application image for ESP32-S3, project name: 
"flash_encryption", version 1, compiled on Dec 14 2022 10:32:32, IDF 
version: v4.4-dirty, entry address: 0xEE403752
```
