Hello,

In the past few days, I encountered some ARM Cortex-M firmware that were 
not correctly detected by file.
The current rule expects reserved sections to be at 0x00000000, which is 
not always the case as some toolchains use 0xFFFFFFFF as a placeholder.

Attached you will find a patch that modifies the rule to also match 
firmware files using 0xFFFFFFFF as a placeholder.
