Thanks for adding the commits. I checked git mirror
<https://github.com/file/file> and I can see changes in magic/Magdir/rpm, but
the tests are broken:

From my first commit "Add tests for RPM package architectures" there are
missing the binary tests/rpm-v3.0-bin-*.testfile files.

From the second commit "Add RPM architectures 19--23" there are missing both
tests/rpm-v3.0-bin-aarch64.result and tests/rpm-v3.0-bin-aarch64.testfile
files and tests/Makefile.am does not mention them.
