[File] Proposal of filter type files

Hi,

I find the file utility very useful.
I have a use case for find multiple files by type.

file -N .ssh/*

But shows all and then always need to filter by grep for select my file
type, example find PEM RSA.

How to use filter as example file -N --filter=... *
