Hello,

File 5.46 is now available from:

	ftp://ftp.astron.com/pub/file/file-5.46.tar.gz

This is a bug fix release, with a couple of small additions:
Offsets can now start with a + symbol which indicates that they are to be interpreted as offsets from the beginning of the file (as usual). This can be used to reset the previous state of interpreting offsets from the end of the file.
Support for android elf notes
Provide a way limit the number of warnings

beginning of the file, so adjust them by subtracting the
offset that the "use" starts so that we don't double-count it.
