[File] Bugtracker website quasi unreachable: dead loading times

Hello everyone :)

I was wondering if it'd be possible to teach the "file" command to 
recognize TypeScript (.ts) and .tsx files?
They are currently identified as:

   * index.tsx: ASCII text
   * style.ts:  ASCII text

I wanted to offer possible contribution on a patch for this, but 
couldn't reach the bugtracker:
https://bugs.astron.com/

The website started loading some UI components, and bits and pieces of a 
web-page, but after 15 minutes or so I gave up. I tried reloading the 
page in a different browser: Same minute-long-loading durations.

All other websites load normally on my system right now.


Is there anything I can do to get bugs.astron.com to load?
