[File] Update magic entries

I'm not the maintainer, but you should make sure the licensing situation 
is compatible. Oh I should've asked this earlier, but hopefully 
everything is compatible... yeah considering file has an ancient "leave 
me alone" license no one seemed to care about, it's problably fine(tm).
