[File] Where to put new magic?

I've been working on & off for years on magic to identify various
Atari 8-bit file formats, and will be sending patches soon.

I'm trying to decide if it's better to have all the Atari 8-bit
related stuff in a single file in Magdir (called "atari8"), or should
they be split up & added to existing files where it makes sense
(e.g. ALF and Disk Communicator files might go under 'archive').

Does anyone actually care about this? If not, I'll keep them all
together in one file, to make it easier for me to maintain.

I see "Atari ATR image" already exists in 'images', and "Atari 8-bit
SAP audio" exists in 'audio'. If I do use a single file for all the
Atari 8 stuff, it would make sense to move these entries there, too,
right?
