[File] Support for the Commodore Amiga

Hi

I have added support to file/magic for Motorola 68k and PPC AmigaOS, and MorphOS. It also includes a script for building and packaging all versions of them into a single .lha archive suitable for publishing to Aminet (aminet.net)

Here is an image of it running in AmigaOS 3

Thanks so much! I did this work because my Amiga app for chatting to AI called AmigaGPT required me to use libmagic.a to determine the file type of any file you want to send to the AI.
