[File] file does not recognize some TTF files

Dear file maintainer(s),

`file` version 5.46 (from Debian version 1:5.46-5+b1) fails to (fully?) 
recognize the attached file as a truetype font.

```
$ file --mime beteckna.ttf
beteckna.ttf: application/octet-stream; charset=binary

$ file beteckna.ttf
beteckna.ttf: , 30 names, Macintosh, This font may be distributet under 
the GNU GPL.See AUTHORS for full attribution.BetecknaRegularB
```
