[File] [PATCH] magic/Magdir/sql: add NeverD database application id

Hi Christos,

The attached patch adds the SQLite application id of NeverD databases
to magic/Magdir/sql.

NeverD (https://github.com/NeverSight/NeverD) is an open-source binary
analysis and decompilation tool that I develop. Its project databases
(.nddb) are SQLite files, and NeverD sets PRAGMA application_id =
0x4E444442 ("NDDB") on every write, as documented in
https://github.com/NeverSight/NeverD/blob/dev/docs/gui.md#databases

The change is one line, after Chewing IME:

>>>68 belong =0x4E444442 (NeverSight NeverD database)

To check it:

  sqlite3 test.nddb 'PRAGMA application_id = 1313096770; CREATE TABLE t(x);'
  file test.nddb

  before: test.nddb: SQLite 3.x database, application id 1313096770, ...
  after:  test.nddb: SQLite 3.x database (NeverSight NeverD database), ...
