[File] [PATCH 0/1] Recognize SH4A no-FPU ELF objects

Hello,

This patch adds SH4A no-FPU ELF identification using e_flags, 
while keeping the existing Renesas SH identification.

It supports both big-endian and little-endian ELF32 objects and includes six regression tests.

Tested with Casio GCC 14.3.0. 
The build and test suite pass.
