[Tcsh] How to debug bug 74

Hi

AFAICS in gdb it seems that it is an issue with interfering cleanup
stacks of postcmd() and aliasrun() before the while loop is executed
first as afterward the dowhile() is never reached anymore. Without
a postcmd alias the dowhile() is reached several times and does end
the while loop after the condition cause this.
