[Tcsh] 6.22.01 is now available

If I checkout git, *tag* TCSH6_22_01 (master), tcsh still identifies as
6.21.01.

$ rm -f config.h
$ configure --prefix=/foo
:
:
$ grep VERSION config.*h
config.h:#define PACKAGE_VERSION "6.21.01"

$ grep -w 21 configure
# Generated by GNU Autoconf 2.69 for tcsh 6.21.01.

Maybe a renewed autogen.sh call would be needed, but there is no auto*
in the git checkout
