[Tcsh] tcsh-6.23.00 is now available

Where is that documented? I have .png colored, but with LS_COLORS ln=target

 % touch LSC0.png
 % ln    LSC0.png LSC0l
 % ln -s LSC0.png LSC0s
 % ls -F LSC0*

Only the LSC0.png has the color I expect. Do I miss anything?
