From kim at netbsd.org Wed Jul 9 08:06:57 2025 From: kim at netbsd.org (Kimmo Suominen) Date: Wed, 9 Jul 2025 11:06:57 +0300 Subject: [Tcsh] tcsh-6.24.16 is now available Message-ID: Hello, I'm pleased to announce that tcsh-6.24.16 is available. This release works around an issue in nls/Makefile.in that surfaced after NetBSD make added support for the (now POSIX) $^ automatic variable. Tcsh is an enhanced version of the Berkeley C-shell that offers command line editing and completion plus many other little things that preserve the length of your fingers. Tcsh runs on most UNIX machines, as well as Windows. You can get tcsh from http://ftp.astron.com/pub/tcsh/tcsh-6.24.16.tar.gz SHA2-256(tcsh-6.24.16.tar.gz)= 4208cf4630fb64d91d81987f854f9570a5a0e8a001a92827def37d0ed8f37364 The latest source is also on GitHub: https://github.com/tcsh-org/tcsh Binaries for Debian and Ubuntu: https://deb.tcsh.org Kind regards, + Kimmo
