[Tcsh] GitHub PR for history -s support

Hello,

I submitted a GitHub pull request some time ago for an optional history -s feature to display saved $status values in history entries.

Since the repository is marked read-only, although I noticed that GitHub PRs have still occasionally been merged in the past, I was wondering whether patches are preferably discussed on this mailing list instead.

The patch keeps the history format backward compatible and does not change default behavior.
