[File] ASCII text detected as data

Hi,


I have attached two files. Both of them have identical ASCII content but their line endings differ. `reb` has `\n\n` while `ref` has `\r\n\r\n` as line endings.


When I run file (file-5.41) over any of them, I get data as filetype for them.


> file reb ref
reb: data
ref: data

Shouldn't the actual type be ASCII?
