[Tcsh] tcsh-6.24.05 is now available

Hello,

Since it exists, I think I'd better announce it: tcsh-6.24.05 is now
available. Again, there is no change to the shell itself, and this
time not even to the manual page. All the changes are about the build
and release processes.

You can get tcsh from http://ftp.astron.com/pub/tcsh/tcsh-6.24.05.tar.gz
